Overview

FiveThirty Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SpAIm iOS application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have designed our apps to collect as little data as possible.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy first. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share:

  • The content of any SMS or text messages
  • Your phone number or contact list
  • Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
  • Your device's location
  • Any usage analytics or behavioral data

How the App Works

SpAIm uses Apple's SMS filtering extension framework. Message content is evaluated entirely on your device using a locally stored machine learning model. No message content or metadata is transmitted to FiveThirty Labs or any third party. The app operates offline for all filtering decisions.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact us via email for support, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and do not add you to any mailing lists or share your information.

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not use services such as Firebase, Crashlytics, Facebook SDK, or any other third-party data collectors.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
